: 2007 Sts Epa Mpg

I see that the EPA has posted 2007 numbers for the STS.

V8 w/6 speed manumatic = 17 / 27
2006 was \ is: 17 / 26

Oh, well.....

IMHO good mileage has more to do with driving habits than EPA ratings. Most cars have 4-5 mpg between 65 and 75 mph. The difference between the top gear ratio of the 5 and 6 speed trans is really meaningless. If one must always be the first away from the traffic light and cruise 10-15 miles over the limit, it will lighten the pocketbook.
