As some may know i just purchased a 99 sls. it rides good but the 3 days i had It's been cutting off out of the blue. The STEALERSHIP i should call them said they will have to send the car to cadillac. I've been searching the forums and my symthoms are.

. lows miles per gallon about 15. 16 mpg ( I'm thinking FPR)?
. Shut off mostly while cruise to a stop or just crusing.
. Idles around 500 rpms

P1599 - Engine Stall or Near Stall Detected
# U1016 - Loss of Class 2 Communication with VCM
# U1016 - Loss of Communications with PCM
U1128 - Loss of Communications with IRC


Those are the codes I'm getting. I'm going to check the Feul regulator tomarrow. Anyone have any other suggestions?
