ok looks goodf...but i HATE HATE HATE the back end and rear tailights. They are so damn thin makes the back look so empty.

The top two are photochops... There is no CHMSL on the upper right picture. The other pictures look nice though.

ok lookin at it again...i DOUBT thats the acutal car...look how differnt those thin tailights are compared to the test mule. Plus, why is the car sitting on the 17 inch 2003 wheels??? I smell another photoshop. I firmly belive GM will unveil this car at an auto show, not through some internet pictures.

i like ours better. a little 2 much going on in the front. Any appearance changes they make will be hard to beat, as i luv the styling of the 03-07 models.

Yup! Just cuz its an 08 doesnt mean its going to look better. I was leaving the dry cleaners today and as i was walking up to my car i thought.... Wow this car looks F*ckin great...Couldnt imagine them making it look better

I don't like the back tail lights. It just looks so big and empty..

It is losing the sporty look, almost too refined. If I wanted that look I would have bought a Zephyr. Still early but I am not a big fan of it just yet. But what do I know.

The rear end is the 60 minutes pictures, so that's consistant. I'm torn, in many ways its radical enough to be different and maybe make you want to move up, but then again, its SO MUCH like the current car, its almost like a update rather than a redesign.

These choped pictures give you an agressive euro inspired front end and a refined elegant old eldorado ispired rear end. 2 diffent cars depending if you look at the front or back.

Guys, guys, bloody guys, the taillights on the mule are for the mule. These new "slits" are consistent with the Cadillac theme and allow an easy transition into a LED setup; this rear end also allows a good looking two-door coupe that will be part of this lineup.

What this second-generation totally lacks is the first-generation's punch-in-the-face aggressive styling and design that caught mine and everybody else's attention. Lutz has tried to integrate "old school" Cadillac back into this model with the grill and the tail--stupid move and that's the direction that brought Cadillac down. Fire Lutz and let the Sigma team do what they do best.

I was thinking the same thing, that rear end would look so much better on a 2 door and (hope, hope, hope) ragtop.

Reed, spy photos that are not in the cadillac fac. Interesting shots too, you can see what looks like a panoramic roof.

OF COURSE it's a photoshop! Where's the brake light? and the lights in the lower end of the rear? I like the thin rear lights though. It's what makes it a Cadillac, just like the SRX and the XLR. Nice photoshop, but I think the rear end will come out a little more spectacular...

Well whether those are fake or not chances are the new CTS is going to be somewhat along those lines, that front grill is more then likely going to be part of the car (the 1 on the 60 minutes photos) and those thin designed tailights, which will probably have LED's, a big plus in my book. I also do like the STS/DTS inspired rear end, its different but I bet it'll look great on the final product. I just cant wait for the real thing to come out. 2007 isnt all that far away so its just a matter of time now.

I was excited as anybody about the new 08 design but it seems like the more pics that come out, the less I like it. I agree that the top left photo is photochopped (just look how it sits on those wheels) but that photo the front end looks too much like the STS. I hope this won't be the case on the final product

Im going to be in my 04 for as long as it holds up so it really doesnt matter too much to me what they do to the 08. But for the sake of these future 08 owners I hope they do something to help open and close the trunk. Its heavy to lift and I hate to have to touch the paint to close it or reach WAY up to pull it down with the third brake light. Other than that 03-07 is the best looking car ever. How can they top these things? They are SWEET!

Those 60 minutes shots look almost exactly like that future caddy thats in the new adam sandler movie "Click"

you guys do know that the test mule brake lights are roundy camoflage ad ons, and the camoflage covering has foam pieces in it to mislead the body lines.

the Cien.. no.. the sixteen, YES

also. the shots with the sts "inspired" rear are actually shots of the european sts from a while ago, not the new cts.
