Hello,

Hopefully you guys can help me to make a decision to buy this 91 Brougham D'Ellegance.

The car is in perfect shpae no rust, no damage to the body, many updates such as new water pump, new radiator, new AC unit, stored in winter.

148,000 miles, seller asking $4,250.00

Is this a good price for a car in perfect shape and this many miles?

Thank you

Sounds way too high. I bought my 87 for $1k. Mine is in showroom condition and had 83k miles. So far I haven't put a dime into it. I have complete service logs and the previous owner (old guy) put a new radiator, a/c compressor and dryer as well as tires, battery, etc all within the last 10k miles. This car was an exceptional deal but around here they go for around $2-$3k with much less than 148k miles.

Keep an eye on other ones for sale in your area to get an idea of what it's worth. Around here with that milage JJhomer83's price is around what it would go for.

You always see ones upto 1989 for sale here and for real good prices, but the 1990-1996s you don't see too often and when you do the prices are more then the front wheel drive models are from the same years.
