Where to find 19" wheels, and what tires to use?

These 19" 5-spoke wheels look great: http://www.cadillac.com/sedans/ats-sedan/accessories.html (scroll down)

But I'm in Canada and dealer does not have part listing to get any kind of 19" oem wheels of any kind.

I have a 2013 3.6L Performance AWD. A few questions:

- Where can I find these wheels? I cannot find them on the current gm price and build tool
- If I got 4 8x19's, will they fit and function properly?
- Will the ride be terrible? (right now I have stock 17's)
- What size of tires should I get? (I cannot use tire sizing tools on tire shop websites because none give 19" option for my ATS)
- What does offset mean? This does not apply to me right?

Thanks, sorry for the noob questions.

From what I heard they were discontinued
Yes 19x8 will work so will 8.5
Im here in Canada as well, Ive decided to go with 18"x8.5 rims and 235/40 tires, little bit more sidewall as we dont have spare
Of course offset matters. read up why.
Check willtheyfit(dot)com - great calculator

19" do look awesome on the car, but without a spare id rather a little extra sidewall
