hi, i have an 04 escalade that has major problems reversing it shudders and stalls while in reverse and my dealer keeps trying to avoid making repairs to the transmission. someone on the board informed me about a bulletin about this issue but GM doesnt have these bulletins and i have an appointment for service tuesday, and would really like to find these bulletin so the vehicle can be fixed at once. thanks.
