Hi, I have a question that feels quite dumb, I have a 1988 brougham (V8 307, RWD), and I have to replace my powerstering belt, but I can't find the adjustment bolts to just sort of tilt the power steering pump and remove the belt. The pump is attached to the back of a mounting plate which is attached to the engine with 3 bolts (non-adjustable), through the pulley which is on the front of the mounting plate (the pump runs trhough the mounting plate) there is one bolt that does not seem to be adjustable (hard to tell though) and below the pulley there are 2 more bolts (neither seem adjustable (again, hard to see).

any ideas?

I think your pulley has two holes on it. You have to line up one of the holes with the a bolt that is behind this pulley and there should also be a bolt in the back. I think its the one holding a bracket to the manifold (reinforcement bar).
Have fun...
