Heh, so there was a big crack in the woodgrain on my steering wheel, and was replaced under warranty.

After the replacement, I notice that the alignment is off, OR that they improperly installed the wheel crooked, is this possible? Or did I not notice that the alignment was off before she went in for a new steering wheel?

When Bevis or Butthead replaced your wheel they got the spline teeth misaligned. Take it back and scream.

Damn...and I've been wondering all these years where Bevis and Butthead ended up. Now I know...two Cadillac Service Techs.

You can't do that anymore.
There is a master spline in the teeth that aligns with a large uncut land in the wheel. It only goes on one way.
Back in the day you could misalign them because the teeth were all the same... not so anymore.
You may not have noticed it before, just take it back and tell them you noticed that the wheel is not centered and let them align it.

There's a chance you have a low tire in front. You might check your pressures.
