Really? That's only like an hour and 45 from me. I might be able to do that a few times a year.

If anyone is in norther NJ I've organized a few meets at the Sloatsburg Rest stop on the NYS Thruway. It's just above where 87 and 287 meet.

I live about 10 miles from there...haha. My Dad's house is right in Suffern, just down the road. It would be nice if we could all afford to eat at Mt Fuji...to bad they are expensive as hell.

If it was you, I was the guy driving the black STS, with the Corsa exhaust that was real loud and stuff. I could have sworn it was you, I just didn't know it.

Yeah, my Dad lives in Suffern (about 3 miles away) so I have the car registered in NY 'cause the insurance is cheaper than NJ. I've also got a NY license as well.

Ehh...I love my NY license. They only transfer point from like Connecticut, and Toronto. Pretty sweet deal since I mostly drive in Jersey..haha.

Yes they do. I was there last week but only a few showed up since it was "supposed" to rain that day but cleared up.

Anybody in here a member of CCNJ? Just wondering if the rain date show was still on. I attended on Oct. 1st and nobody was there, so I'm assuming that the show will be on Oct 8th.

The policy is open enrollment, however it seemed to be all older model years in attendance at the show last Sunday (i.e:1985 back...)

^^ Oh, well I might be real out of place if it is for the classic Caddys. But keep this thread updated on how to join and other info.

Thanks for the mechanic info..I used Dave' Auto today for my black DTS and I agree with you...He is excellent...Really nice man and so are his workers. Finally I have a great mechanic...They are hard to find...The dealer wanted $180.00 without even troubleshooting the issue...They are ripoffs...

North Jersey here ... warren county ( hackettstown ) .. just got myself an 03 cts and have never been to one of these meets before or club events... anyone hear of island dragway? nice place maybe a race night =)
