One of my rear seat belts is locked and won't release. I would like to remove the rear seat and see if there is a way to unlock it. Can someone help please?

Push the bottom of the seat back and up on each side where it touches the floor and it should come up. If you do a search there are some other posts around that say how to take out the seat but it isn't too hard.
