: Need quarter times on the V6

I know this was posted some time ago. I searched but could not find it.
Does anyone have the link to the quartermile times on the STS V6 and the V8. Seems like the V6 is very hard to find times on.

if you google cadillac sts v6 comparison test, you'll get the comparo that motor trend did sometime back...it has all the "stuff" you're looking for.

In the meantime, the "standard" car certainly isn't lacking in performance. Ours leapt from 0 to 60 mph in a scant 5.9 seconds with seemingly effortless acceleration past the quarter mile in 14.3 sec. at 97.5 mph. Put in another perspective, in more socially acceptable driving you'll always find yourself with sufficient power for passing. As expected, its straight-line performance brackets the STS between its CTS siblings in 6-cylinder and Z06 V-8 forms
