I just wanted to give a big hello from Jersey to everyone here!! I finally picked up the car I've been lusting over for the past two years (Raven Black 04 with 7600 miles!!) I know it's been hard for me to be on this forum for the past about 6 months watching people talk about the V as I watched my bank account mature, but the time has finally come!!!!! Anyway, I've been itchin to leave a post; glad to finally be part of the family!!!!!

<GOLF CLAP>

Don't it feel grand :D

Just wait, you'll put like 3K miles on it the first month. Those 5 mile drives to the grocerie store will somehow now take 25+, as you cruise just a bit outside your normal route :D

Have fun, and welcome!

Thank you soo much everyone!!!! I really lucked out with this one; would you believe I got it for less than 35k (with a clean title and two years of XM!!!!!!) Ive been at work all day and all I can think about it driving; too bad it's suppose to rain for the next few days. I really wanted to get some wax on it butI waited this long for the car I can wait another week!!!!

What town are you located in?

Did you purchase from a dealer? That's a great find.

:thumbsup: Welcome!

$$ sounds right . . . (sorry - do not read if you paid near MSRP) . . . I got my '04 "NEW" (never titled anyway) with about 500 miles on it for 38K about 8 months ago.

I actually got it from a Buick dealer in middle of nowhere PA who was selling it for a customer of his. When I picked the car up the dealer said the owner thought he made a hasty decision buy trading it in, I was like "Um yeah he did, give me the keys before he gets back!!!!!" ----- He was trading the V for a Buick Lucerne...........enough said!!! Totally off topic, I'm pretty sure I've read here that people have talked to Goodyear about the F1's and their premature wearing; since I only have about 8k miles on the car, is looking into replacements from Goodyear a reasonable (especially since I don't really have a Caddy dealer who would be somewhat loyal to me)???

P.S. As soon as I get two seconds away from work with good weather I'll attempt to take/post pictures!!!!

lol

If only I knew before I bought the car. I thought that was the coolest feature for all of 10 minutes until I drove the car off the lot. ;)
