I got my Hawk brake pads from James @ Lindsay Cadillac. They make very litte dust compared to the stock pads.

There was a very good discussion here:

http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/cadillac-cts-forum/75697-brake-pads.html?highlight=brake+pads

You might want to take a look at that discussion thread.

I can imagine that it would have been really hard to find that link. I had to search under "brake pads", of all things, to find it. Who would have thought of that?

Hawk HPS pads are the ones that we carry/sell. Part numbers are HB453F.585 & HB194F.570. We carry both and they run $203.24 plus shipping...

I know you mentioned replacing the front pads, but I would recommend doing the rear pads with Hawks as well. Your rims will appreciate it.

Hawk fronts here.

I think I heard that they produce the same amount of dust, it's just a light color and your wheels look much better longer.

I agree, there still seems to be a fair amount of dust but a little less than stock and lighter in color. Also, don't forget Rejex on the wheels. It makes a huge difference in getting dust off when it does appear.
