While enjoying a few Captain Cokes, I decide that a No Name steak marinated in Captain Morgan might be pretty tasty. First issue, the oven caught fire when I went to flip my meat over. Appearantly, 70 proof alcohol will ignite in an oven on the broil setting when fresh air is introduced. Second issue, that steak was NASTY! One bite and I almost horked.

Hey, knowing is half the battle. Right?

Oh crap, the oven is still on.

Just a suggestion, being in the biz for 24 years, might I suggest bourbon or a blended whiskey. Makers Mark or Woodford Reserve on the Bourbon front. Crown Royal or CC on the blended front. Sounds like your a Captian fan, try Sailor Jack Spiced rum and Coke. It's 94 proof and tastes fantastic with Coke or Pepsi..........................or try your steak with Parrot Bay Coconut and really throne worship your meal! :vomit:

Bourbon or "drunk" steaks are fantastic. I read somewhere that it tenderizes the meat as well. Delicious!
