My passenger side mirror refuses to power fold, no big hassel as dealer will fix. But when I was comparing the two mirrors I noticed my drivers side mirror Has a black plastic bevel around it & my passenger mirror is flush, is this normal or was a trim piece forgotten? hope I put this clear enough.

That extra piece on the one mirror is a tracking device from "big brother" just like the box that other guy had on his windshield that he couldnt explain.

If i were you , i would watch my every move...because "THEY" are watching you also....

My passenger side, side view casing is the same as my driver side. I am not sure I fully understand the part you are describing, but the as far as the mirror glass is concerned, my driver's side mirror has a bigger perimeter molding around it, and it is dull/rougher. The passenger side does have a perimeter black molding.... smooth and a little thinner. Hope that helps. Nothing that strikes me as "missing" between the two.

Hi, I think that it might be different because your drivers side mirror has automatic tinting at night. When a car behind you drives close enough and the beams hit your mirror they tint, this is why they might look a little different. Otherwise, not sure what that could be.

That is correct, the drivers side has a much larger bezel than the passenger side. I looked at everyone in the lot to make sure. :)
