View Full Version : WTF..... Of all days!! Go figure... Of all days...
I got a smokin hot date to go the beach with today...
So i get the "V" all nice and perty!!
I start it up... And notice that my "BRAKE, "TRACTION CONTROL", and "ABS" lights are all lit up.... Even the brake light stayed lit with the emergency brake pedal released.
I have no idea what is going on... I check the brake fluid... filled to the top..
I then shut the "V" off, and then restart it, and a few seconds later they all shut off... TG.
Would anyone happen to know what could have caused this... besides "gremlins"? DansCTSV 05-26-06, 10:22 AM Looks like you are going to have to take your moms escort wagon. lasstss 05-26-06, 10:25 AM Go figure... Of all days...

Sounds like we need pics.... of the "smokin hot date"
I've had questionable moments with the Vs electronics. In every case, shutting off and turning back on has "fixed" it, no problem. Reboot! pick her up in the Windstar. Do you have an 'ex' by the way? I got a smokin hot date to go the beach with today...
Pics!:bouncy: Usually when the e-brake light stays lit, it's an indication that even the electronic brake force distribution is not operating. You can live without ABS and traction control, but without EBD, the car can be downright scary to drive. 6104696 05-26-06, 01:39 PM I haven't had this in the V but I have had similar occurences in my Suburban. I assume that there is a delayed sensor reading or something that goes awry in the startup self-test sequence. As with many computer products, on reboot it is fine. Gotta love software. dannystang 05-26-06, 01:43 PM Go figure... Of all days...

When things like that happen its usually some type of sign, she might have an STD.
Remember, if you have sex in the jacuzzi it kills all stds...
Also I have never had a fathers day card... lawfive 05-26-06, 04:04 PM Austin,
Why'd you send this to me instead of posting it directly yourself?
Anyways, guys, here's Austin's "smokin-hot" date:
