its not the best job in the world but i wasnt about to pay 300 for a shop to do a custom job.. so i saved some cash and di ti myself and i dont think it came out that bad... well anyway here are the pics.. I went with the Whistler Pro 3450 remote radar system.. cost me 163 at a local wholesaler..
That really looks good, blends right in with the rest of the dash
looks awesome. let us know how that Whistler Pro performs.

clean install, not sure why you posted a thread about radar detectors the other day though, obviously you had your mind made up already.
Good install... but tell your passengers no shoes, no service!:getaway:

I was boderline on what radar I was going to go with... I have been reading up on them and came across the whistler and like the setup but was also looking at some Bel and Passport models that were similar, however when it came down to it the Whistler was only like 160 from my local wholesaler while the others were like 350 and 600 which I figured was a little over what i wanted to pay for a radar.. So when I woke up Thursday I was like "ill just grab the whistler".. then took it to my garage.. my original idea was to put it in the little storage area one the left of the steering wheel but then i saw that piece and was like maybe it will fit.. i had to cut alot of it out in the back but it was def worthe it.. so far everyone likes it that i have shown up by me..

How hard was it to install and wire up. I like your setup.

Actually it was very easy.. As for the wiring it was as simple as running 1 wire to the front radar from the dash... 1 wire up to the laser radar which only involved pulling the pillar out a little... and then hook up power and ground which i used my pac auxilarry adapter as it makes it so the radar automatically comes on when key is put in and turned on.. aside from the cutting and mounting it took me like 30 minutes to run and hid everything..
