At what RPM does the 74-75 Caddy 500 make the most power?

Mods to date,
headers, Edelbrock Performer manifold, Edelbrock 750 carb, billet HEI distributer with supercoil.

I have a crane engine control module and want to set the rev limiter and tweak the timing controller.

Set the rev limiter at or just a hair over 4000rpm. The valves begin to float after that. The stock cam profile also doesn't make any power that high anyways.

Peak hp with the stock cam is right around 3600.
