So how can I dissable this?:stirpot:
The Traction control off does not cancel this out....rather intrusive since you get the thing sideways and it kicks on.:tisk:

Hold and press the T/C button for about 5 seconds, it will then display on the DIC that it has been disabled....

if you just hit the t/c button - it will only turn off the t/c
if you hold it it will turn off both
if you press it again it will bring both on

It only works with the button inside the glove compartment... it does not work for the programmed presets.

My stability system is screwed up right now - keeps engaging for no reason. The dealer isn't sure what the problem is (they're guessing a steering wheel sensor) but I asked him to disable the Stability for now until the part comes in.
He took out the steering wheel sensor which disables the whole Stability control system...I like it :D

It is the sensor in the steering wheel. Many of us had this same problem, including me.:want:

I having the same problem, My dealer can't find anything wrong. It goes off every 5 mins on the highway. No error codes were found, so they have no idea. I suggested the steering position sensor since so many others have had that problem, but they said they cannot replace anything without an error. I am starting to get pissed. I only have this issue at highway speeds so they can't observe the problem with the local test drives they have been taking, I am trying to get them to take it for a 65-70 mph cruise.
