Hey guys, I don't think I've ever posted a pic of my car on here, so I figure after a pain staking 4 hours of cleaning this thing I should atleast throw up a pic or 2.

Here was my process for refrence.

1. Washed entire car, including wheels, with Dawn (regular - no foo foo additives or aloe or anything). This really got all the usual crap off with ease, it seems to cut through everything.
2. Clay bared using Mother's clay bar kit which includes 2 bars, the detailing spray, and some other stuff I didn't use. It was the first time I have ever clayed a car, and although time consuming it was really simple to use. The front was the time killer. Amazing though, the paint felt like glass afterwards.
3. Washed with Dawn again to get all the detailing spray off - and to get any remaining wax and crap off the paint.
4. Waxed with McGuiars NXT wax. Great stuff, easy on easy off.

Now I need a corsa..

Looks great dude - just imagine how great it would look in black (albeit for 30 minutes or less)......Admitedly, sometimes I think about how much easier silver would be...but naah, gimme black.....which is hard to say given how great your ride looks.

What did you use as liquid lubricant for the clay? can you use soapy water? I go through the preped stuff in no time and looking for alternatives.

The Mother's kit came with detailing spray which you use as the lubricant. It specifically says this in the instructions.

- Ken, I'll be over soon as you get your corsa..
