Yes i want to add a switch to my remote wire so i could turn it off and on.

Would i damage the Climate control fuse if i add a switch the remote wire that is connected to the climate control fuse?

Basically can it be down like this:



CCP FUSE----------------Switch------------amp?

As long as the current draw isn't substantial, adding a switch between the CCP fuse and the amp turn on circuit shouldn't have any negative effects.

so i wont have to worry about turning off the fuse when i turn the amp switch off right?

If the switch is put in after the CCP fuse in the circuit, the state of the switch will have no effect on the CCP circuit.
