Is there any exhaust manifolds that I put on my 500 that are compataable?

I was looking at swapping my manifolds out and wondered if a 454 manifold would fit on my 1976 8.2 L 500.

I think there are bolt on header available at caduto.com but you still have to change exhaust pipes if you have single pipe set up. Go to top thread above and find website on a 500 buildup. There's a great list of vendors on the top left column

Will 454 headers fit onto the 500?

You can buy Cadillac 500 flanges, and weld them onto the Chevy headers, and with a bit of coaxing they will fit, but only in a RWD Cadillac, IIRC.
