Sure you can
You will need the OBD1 wiring connectors and some good wiring diagrams.
Lots of people running OBD1 PCMs on other engine combos.
you will need 95 throttle body assembly in lieu of 96 one.
But I just need to ask WHY?
As far as I know no one (self excluded) is working on OBD1 N* PCM codes.
I guess I ll have to investigate and verify to the truth that OBD2 N* tuner stuff is out there.

there was supposed to be a chip for the obd1 but the only thing that i know of for obd2 is a piggy back controller.

only chip Ive heard of is for deprogramming the trans functions out of it.
this is actually a copy of the GM engine "test" PCM chip.

My father was a cadillac mechanic for 10 years and knows everything about my car. They were his favorite. Where trying to be able to program the car for cams and a super charger. It has full exhaust (not headers though) cold air intake and a really loud stereo. I'm new to the site and was wondering what was out there and the possibility of that.
