Well, today is my birthday. So what better excuse to drop a few bucks on the V. Took a road trip to Lindsay Caddillac and hooked up with James. He took care of the following,
Cross Drilled Rotors
Hawk Pads
UUC Shifter
UUC Flywheel
Leather V-Knob
Spectre Bushing Kit
He was also able to do some warranty work for me
06 Diff
Clutch replaced
I have to say a big thank you to James, and the entire Lindsay staff involved in the mods! I had the chance to wander around the dealer, and bodyshop. I must say the organization is well run, and a pleasure to do business with! Well worth the road trip! You da man James!

That's it James, I've had it. I'm moving closer to the Lindsay dealership. Screw this almost west coast crap.

He really was awesome. Even had hotel information for me. His tech Donny Started on it Thurs, and stayed till 7:00pm. Then he came back in Friday at 5:00 am to finish it up. He even took me on the test drive with him.

Wow, that's a healthy set of mods to install in one sitting... I'll bet the car feels 1000 times better now.

What's the Leather V-knob about? Do you have pictures or info on it? I figured the only direct-fit aftermarket knob was made by UUC and anything else requires some modification.

You can put a MOMO knob on with no modification.

I think it is made by UUC. Looks similar to Jame's shifter, but has a solid leather wrap around it instead of the rubber rings. It is really heavy, and makes the shifts even more crisp.

The Momo Combat Evo in black/silver has been on my mind for a while.

Most manufactures of knobs supply shims to match shaft sizes.

If in doubt, ask them.

Man does the car feel different.
The shifter is great. Makes the stock shifter feel like a piece of junk.
The clutch is excellent. No slipping, and I can now be smooth with it.
The flywheel is sweet also. It feels like it makes more power in 1st-3rd.
Noise free rear for now.
Way less dust with the Hawk pads. I dont have to wipe down the wheels every day.
