I am trying to ascertain if Edmunds is correct. The are publishing the following. You can buy an 06 STS below Dealer Invoice. I have the ability to buy at GMS pricing as well. The TMV price is even below the GMS price.

Here is what they publish.

This is 2K below invoice and a few hundred dollars below GM employee
discount price. ( GMS Price)

Does this sound correct. The dealer(s) I spoke to say that that is not
reality. Any thoughts on recent buying experience would be appreciate

These numbers are slightly different that those on Kelly Blue Book at www.kbb.com

I would be curious if that is for a used 2006. I know a dealership cannot sell it below the GMS unless they take a loss on it. Maybe rebates of some sort?

There's a $3500 MFG to DEALER REBATE on these units. That's why the TMV is what it is.

My price on my new 06 STS4 was $500 under dealer invoice, not including the additional rebates. I think any price under invoice is a great deal.
