View Full Version : I have an adult question MrSmith 04-27-06, 01:54 AM OK, Shes not taking birth control and shes allergic to condoms. Its not the condoms she allergic to but the chemicals used on them. what are the condoms that can be used to help prevent the allergic reaction. its like after sex, she starts to swell up and its sore for a couple days. so its hard for her to wipe and when taking baths its hard to touch her private without hurting. what type of condoms are there out in the market (besides the skinn) type that can be used to prevent birth and diseases?
does anyone know this? DopeStar 156 04-27-06, 02:04 AM Polyurethane condoms are available for those with the latex allergy. By far better than the skin and are supposedly better than the latex. Read up....

A lot cheaper than kids.  FSU_Noles 04-27-06, 08:03 AM It may be the lubricant or spermicide stuff -- try some without. It may be the lubricant or spermicide stuff -- try some without.
There is a spermicidal lubricant coating most condoms inside and out (nonoxynol-9). If your partner isn't allergic to latex, regular (less expensive) condoms WITHOUT spermicidal lubricants will work fine. Read the boxes to be specific when buying. Trojan condoms makes non-lubed condoms IIRC. Blackout 04-27-06, 09:31 AM Don't they have like sheep skin rubbers or something like that? Yes they do have sheepskin condoms. DopeStar 156 04-27-06, 10:28 AM I remember looking at a box and I believe it said something about sheep"WARNING: Not for use with sheep. :hide: I am totally joking...I know it probably pains you even to see it typed here lol. It sounds like birthcontrol would be the easiest and best option, is there some reason she can't take it? Lord Cadillac 04-27-06, 01:12 PM Boy did I get shocked by whatever was inside a rubber once.. All within a few seconds I remember actually saying, "Man, it's hot in there...... Really hot!! ...OH Shit!" and that was the end of that... ShadowLvr400 04-27-06, 01:13 PM Remind her that BC can be used to control that monthly visitor. Something like 2-3 times a year can be done instead without ill effects. LittleB 04-27-06, 02:21 PM Remind her that BC can be used to control that monthly visitor. That is right, but I have to correct you on one thing. A woman has to have 4 periods a year to keep the reproductive system going (2 or 3 would be nice, but 4 is the least you can do to have no ill effect). That is what I do, and I LOVE IT. Only 4 periods a year is GREAT! :bouncy:  :highfive: Great for you men too, you might want to tell your significant other to speak with her doctor....incase she hasn't already seen the commericals about it. Ask an ob-gyn physician how reliable these methods are for avoiding pregnancy. People use these methods to try and avoid conception, and also to help them conceive. Personally I wouldn't rely on these natural methods. There are many variables that may make a woman's cycle irregular and leave too much room for error here. JMHO I was going to suggest rear entry, but I suppose you'd have a more difficult time convincing her compared to BC. :) I was going to suggest rear entry, but I suppose you'd have a more difficult time convincing her compared to BC. :)

Apparently kids are cheaper than condoms....
My school had a "Free Condoms" bucket the other day and I shoved my hand in there and filled my pockets. Haha! Nothin' like free! ShadowLvr400 04-29-06, 03:49 AM Other options, include spermacidal lubricants, hormonal BC, or, an IUD. The intra-uterine device is "installed," and is almost as reliable as BC. If her religions ban BC though, there's a rythym and temp method, where she monitors her fertile times, and then you abstain during them.
As for anal, it's not a sure thing. The sperm just need a moist path, so when some things leak out, those little spermies can swim and find that egg. davesdeville 04-29-06, 04:23 AM Apparently kids are cheaper than condoms....

Yeah there was a free condoms bucket at the state fair awhile ago, I grabbed the 1 that was left. Although I wasn't sure I'd trust whatever no-name brand it was, so I just stuck it on my friend's car antenna. DILLIGAF 04-30-06, 12:23 AM Uhh,the 4 periods a year thing.Isn't the monthly visitor natures way of keeping the plumbing clean? As a guy,I would avoid that scenerio for my gfriend.Go to your doctor, there are condoms out there for your condition. Yes it is natures way of flushing out the system...but just because you skip a few months doesn't mean things get "backed up" lol. It's not like everything is waiting up there for a few months to come down...it only starts the process once you take the break in your pills for a period. It's a win-win situation. I only get a little testy, crampy, bloated etc. 4 times a year instead of 12!!! :D :bouncy:  :highfive: LMAO @ system backing up. Hahahahahaha!
Coincidentally, I'm wearing a t-shirt I got in the mail that says "Roto Rooter cleaned my pipes" |
