Well, on our weekly garbage hunt, we happened to come across a treadmill which we took. Got power, but thats it. It has a mind of its own and speeds up erratically. So I need some ideas to put the motor to good use.
No matter the stupidity/insanity of any idea, it will be apprecaited.
terrible one

If you are creative and can weld, etc. There's got to be some way you can use it to power a shopping cart racer!

defintly build a go-cart.
Those things can bring the tread mil up to 10mph no problem, they are hi-torque. Get like 4 car batteries in there and hit the dirt :).

i would say its time to do a swap ...
remove the current motor from your blender , and install the treadmill motor .....
if you cannot puree whole coconuts when your done then you need to figure out what you did wrong

wow, never thought of that. Im thinking of creating some device that would be capable of lauching big things at a high rate of speed. Ill find a way to use the power from an outlet.
Might be a DC motor. Check it before you plug it in to an outlet.

Well, today I tried to get the motor to run backwards so people would go on, expecting it to be normal, but no success.
