I'm having a starting problem, it will turn over but it will not even try to start. I pulled the codes and the are as follows. Thanks in advance for your help.

what car would this be for

Since those codes do not exist in the OBDII list I am assuming this car is pre '96 (OBDI). Year and model would be a big help.

P013 (E013) .......................................... Right Oxygen Sensor Not Ready
P046 (E046) .................................. Right to Left Bank Fueling Difference
P048 (E048) ......................... Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system Problem

Well your first problem is that your an Avalanche fan...try switching to San Jose or Detroit...without Forsberg they're dead in the water...LOL...just 'playin with ya!!! Try starting with a fuel filter and work your way back to the pump or injectors...Have you tried a basic tune-up yet to eliminate some of the more obvious problems?
