Are their any issues using a two post autolift on an 03 Deville?
The lift has two arms on each side that extend under the car to and then lift from the frame. My concern is air ride suspension and Cadillac say using this type of list is a No No. No info in the owners manual.
I've access to lift to do normal maintenance but don't want to screw up so soon!

If "Cadillac" (dealer?) says it's a no-no, I wouldn't do it.

What kind of lift then is suitable?

If you can't use a 2 post lift how do they changed the tires? There must be a way to disable the suspension before lifting if that is a problem, prehaps removing the negative battery cable.

there is a ramp lift. the ones usually used for alignments. they must have to use post lifts for tires/brake/suspension work though
