Started happening last summer when door was hot from sun. When car was cooled down it would open. Now it will not open at all from inside only. Whats the problem? Have 2000 Seville.

Need more details.... Is it hard to pull the handle? or normal? If it's hard to pull the handle, it means that the mechanism needs to be lubed, if it's normal it means that the rod probably came loose... Either way you're going to need to take the door panel off an take a look.
