make sure the twilight sentinal is not on
They should go off by just pulling the lever on the left side of the column.

I'm a bit confused here.
Are you saying that the high beams are stuck on even though you switch to low beams?
Or you don't know where the hi-low beam selector switch is and you're asking how to find it?
Well, the switch is part of the directional (or blinker) stalk (on the left side of the steering column).
To switch between hi and low you pull back on it (towards you). It'll click.
Of your hi beams are permanantly stuck on you might have a bad (stuck) relay. But I think in that case they would stay on ever when the car was shut off and ignition key was removed.

I think its broken or something because I pulled the stalk back and it does not click to switch back to low beams. I am clueless of how to switch back to the low beams and dont even know how the high beams got on. I been twistin the turn signal thing and all I manage to do is cut on the wipers, spray wiper fluid, or cut on my blinkers. I dont kno what to do.
Sounds like the switch in the steering column is broken.
