I have just gotten off the phone with Cadillac in which I complained again about not being able to use the phone with Voice Recognition (VR) while driving. The person I was talking to told me they have had no calls about the VR problem.
If you have the VR problem,
PLEASE CALL 800-964-0381
and have them open a file. Maybe then when somebody else calls about this, they will not be able to deny it. And then maybe Cadillac will do something about this.
This is just unacceptable!
