: Falkens Azenis rt615s are on...

And all I have to say is...

The sidewalls are nice and STIFF (the guys who installed them LOVED me...:lildevil: ). The "mushiness" that I often had frustration over (related to the GSD3s) is gone, turn in feels much better, confidence is up at speed...what an improvement...

Also, it's raining up here at the moment and they seemed to feel very good in the wet-stuff as well. And the price of these tires new ($160/tire) is hard to beat as well.

I'm impressed to hell at the moment with the Falkens. :worship:

I don't have any pics, but I could take some if desired. :) Definitely nothing special though--many others run the same/similar size.

I have a $300 Costco end of year voucher that I am going to use because of you Luna.:thepan:

Thanks for another great review of the tires. I told you guys Falkens are the shiznit. Again, "I'm a Falken Man".

Some of the 615s are RFT. Too bad Falken doesn't make THAT in the 255/40 size.

I've had mine on since December and love them as well. I'm pretty sure I'm getting better wear than I did with the F1's and there is certainly alot of grip out of the tires. If you search about a week ago, I posted about my track time at Buttonwillow with these tires and was completely impressed with them, especially since they are street tires. I drove home on them with no additional tire noise too?! :)

Whats everyone running pressure wise? I like stiff and quick steering so I run 40lbs Front and 38 lbs rear.

I couldn't stand running them at 40/41 cold psi, for as soon as they hit 42 psi, the stupid alarm goes off. As such, I'm running them a few psi higher such that warm or cold, they won't get too close to 42psi. They can easily take it to, as the max psi is around 51 I think.

I like running my tire pressures between 35-38lbs cold. Any higher than that tire pressure cold, will cause for the alarm to go off when warm. This is on the F1's and even the Nitto's I have now.

you're welcome :p

Do you have more or less axle hop with the Falkens? I'm debating on getting these tires but I'm afraid it wont improve the hop. I know the Gs3's GREATLY reduced the hop on my buddy's V.

Any non runflat tire will reduce the hop by 60% IMO
