I thought you guys might enjoy this:

It's a side by side comparison of the 3.6L CTS and a Chrysler 300

Funny, they are almost exactly the same in all respects

Warranty wise chrysler is more stingy than I thought.

I am happy that the warranty is longer on the CTS. Makes me believe the CTS offers more quality :)

Get an 05 300 and enjoy the 7/70 warranty. Of course, that would be moot if a used 05 already has a year and 15,000 miles on it. :)

They both have great engines. I love the Chrysler 3.5 for how stupidly easy and cheap it is to work on.

Noteworthy, for those who care: The CTS is made and engineered in the US, from American parts, by American workers. The 300 is made in Canada with a fair number of German components.

I wonder how interior volume compares.

I wonder how interior volume compares.CTS isn't much more American then the 300. It has a German rear end, French trannsmission, Italian brakes, etc...And while it is assembled in the US, it was tuned extensively in Germany.
