Just did it over the weekend... the first one was kind of tough but after that it wasn't too hard at all. I know jr02caddyext has the same thing and we both have the same grill. Mine's in Diamond White and his is quicksilver i think. I put it polarg 194 hiperwhites and the color matches our stock HIDs so thats a plus. Just gonna change the turn signal bulb and it should look pretty sweet. The last pic is of our stock headlights.

Congrats.  Looks way better. How long did it take you. I was down in West Covina yesterday doing the same for one of my boys Escalades. I will get pics and post later. I know there is another thread somewere since I dont want to hijack yours.

Wow, that looks awesome. Good job!

You should definantly get one of those chrome bulbs on ebay to get rid of that orange. I bought a set and its awesome. It turns yellow when the lights are on, but when the lights are off, its chrome.

Anyhow, did you use a heat gun, or the oven baked way to get the headlights apart?

Also, how long did it take you?

Here's a set of chrome bulbs on ebay. Buy it now is only $9.99.

I want to do this, but Im worried about the final product leaking after breaking the factory seal. Do you just break out the orange or does it just pull out? And how do you get the headlight itself apart?

heat gun softens the glue...take it apart... unscrew 3 screws...take out the orange piece reglue it w silicon sealant its raining here and no leaks

Have done 3 sets now and no water leaks. There are more detailed instructions around here, I'll post them up in the morning.

damn, i really like that look but i just know i'll mess it up. anyone up in northern cali (bay area) that can do this for a fee as well? i've seen an escalade with cleared lights but i saw moisture/condensation, so i didn't bother asking where they got theirs done. or maybe i should have to know NOT to go there :)

Just finished up the job and went to find Permatex 650 to seal the assembly back up. I could not find it at Pep Boy's or Checker. Is this the only sealent to use? I don't want to make a mistake after all this!

Thanks
