We happened to be in Long Beach on Saturday when I heard the distinctive howl of a formula race car. Turns out the Grand Prix was on. So after lingering by the gate pondering if I should pay the $35 entrance fee (times two because my wife was there) a stranger walked up and gave me a ticket! Next, we walked up to the girl checking the tickets and we said we only have one ticket.....she waved us in!! I love this place...

Notice how the last picture is taken from an amazing vanatage point.....they let us into the photographers perch! But just my luck, my camera battery died!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, it was a good day.
