My Bluetooth for my Blackberry works great - yet many tell me that they cannot hear me and it is too soft. (i can hear perfectly)
Any have this issue or know how to correct this?

I have the same problem with a Samsung i730 (Windows PDA).

There should be an external microphone inside the upper dash . (little rectangular shaped) So, you should be close to it when you talk to someone on the phone . Also make sure the volume of the cell phone is all the way up .I had a Nokia Bluetooth installed in my vehicle with no problem

I think it's a problem with the microphone... it's kinda far from the driver's mouth.. they should've put it closer...
When I'm close to it, I'm heard perfectly... In high speeds, I'm not heard at all because of wind, tire, and engine noise...
They should've placed it closer to the driver...

I had always assumed the mic was in the mirror.
I've had this theory that being tall is part of the problem (tall drivers sit farther from the mic). But I lean into the dash, and still my wife hates listening to it so much she won't even ask me to pick up milk on the way home.
