I just purchased a 1980 Cadillac Coupe DeVille that belonged to an elderly neighbor. It has 85k original miles, and will need very little to get it back on the road. I am exited about having a classic Caddy to drive around and to getting lots of advise and such from this forum. I am living in the northside of Atlanta, so all the Benz's and BMW's, outta my way, a classic is coming thru.
Let me be the first! Welcome to the forum. Post a couple of pic's of your ride. Haven't seen an 80 Coupe de Ville in a while. CTS driver here, we are a modding bunch. Again Welcome!
Looks like you found a nice one! Thanks for joining the forum...I'm a little behind on my welcomes. Here are a coupe of links that you may find useful: 1980 Cadillac 1980 Deville Cadillac OBD info
Welcome to the forums, I am also new as of two weeks ago. I always like talking to people that own 70's and early 80's Cadillacs. I have a lot of fond memories of my 81' Eldorado and all my grandfather's cars from that time period. Looks like a very nice car; well kept up. Is yours the carburated or fuel injected engine?
80coupe, welcome to the club ! Your Coupe de Ville is gorgeous, well done !
Regards,
James.
