I'm looking to purchase a 2003 Escalade SUV AWD and I sure could use some advise. Any recommendations on what to look for? The selling price is $34,900 with 15,000 miles which I thought was a great deal. Anyone have advise on gas mileage?

Yeah the price doesn't seem too bad with the miles on it. And yeah mileage isn't most people's main concern, but if it is...I get about 15 as well. And I don't drive too fast or anything.

That isn't too off. I really drive like a nut and if I do take it on a casual drive, I tend to get around 14 - 15 mpg city and around 17 - 18 mpg highway. I usually drive and accelerate very quickly giving me about 11 - 12 mpg city. Haha. I know it is my fault that I get such bad mileage, but I'm not complaining.

That is a good price, my dealer is giving me almost that for mine in trade, I have 28k miles, and it's mint, I sell car care products for a living. ;)
