Not new. That's from last months magazine.

Since you have one, what is this B/S about a dealer installed cooler?

This seem like a pretty fair and honest review not like some I seen dissing the V for not being like the benz or bmw.

In the April issue of Road & Track, the actual magazine itself, on page 86, in the second to the last paragraph:

" It lists for $ 74,270, a price that includes a $2100 gas-guzzler tax but
not the dealer-installed $1800 differential cooler on our test car."

Say it isn't so. :bigroll:

It is funny how alot of people complain about how close the performance of the SRT-8 and STS-V are. looking at the stats at on page 4 of that road and track articlehttp://http://www.roadandtrack.com/article.asp?section_id=3&article_id=3381&page_number=4 the BENZ cost $10,000 more than the LAC making it worth almost exactly 2 SRT8s but I never see articles negitively comparing BENZ to any criysler product.
When new caillacs have better quality control than mercedes and most new chrysler share a large amount of part with benz I think BENZ vs CHRYSLER is a better comparo.Plus with the cadillac equiped with those run flat tires that road&track said were picked for there wet not dry performance:thepan: ,with better tires the 200 pound porkyer caddy could be the best in all catigorys exsept exceleration.(tires affect exceleration, braking and handling)
when one of you get one you need to change the tires and give us some numbers to compare.:bouncy:

Dealer installed cooler? Where did you see that?

There are enough additions and a little bit more mentioned along with some excellent photographs
to make purchasing the April issue of the Road & Track magazine worth the trouble to locate it.

The April issue should still be available now as I've just recently received my May issue. :) Look for it.
