Excellent prank! Those automated systems are a terrible idea IMO,
My son got two bills in the mail from our state DMV along with pictures of cars that obviously weren't his but had the same plate number (but from another state). In both cases, he had to send copies of his title to prove that the pictures were NOT of his car. What a crock!

One of the most gangster things ever.They have traffic cameras here,and they do take your picture,but it is illegal to ticket you,so they send you a picture and warnng.
