i have a 96 sedan deville and i was looking at a 96 deville concours and i hear it is alot better and also has a high output northstar..can someone give me a break down in why its better and what exatcly a high output consists of?
The difference is very subtle
When new the price premium for the CONCOURS was probably 5,000.
Ten years later you may have to pay 50.00 extra for the Concours.
Concours will have BOSE radio /CD w 12? speakers. Four lighted vanity mirrors that drop down.
Upgraded leather, slight exterior trim differences , sometimes around rear wheel wells.
A big feature that I like is the Power moonroof.
Fifty per cent of new cadillacs are built for the Rental / fleet market.
I rented a 96 cad that did not have a CD player!! Shocking.

Yeah, the Concours is a "sportier" model (is that even possible?) Anyways, it has the High output 300hp Northstar, road sensing suspension, standard leather interior, rear vanity mirrors, different wheels, a slight skirt over the rear wheels. And other stuff, I'll have to consult my brochure for more.
