I need to change the bulb in one of my headlights. From the various posts I've read, Your telling me I have to take off the bumper and a wheel just to change a damn lightbulb!

That is totally incorrect, the Wheels DO NOT have to come off to take off the front fascia/bumper. I've done it a couple times to add HID's and not once have had to take off the wheels.
