94 SLS 4.6

I see on another thread that someone's display shows oil pressure.

Is there a quick way to monitor the oil PRESSURE on my SLS?

 probably referring to my car...lol

I'm really surprised the big daddy NS dont have the gadgets I got + more. Thats what I always thought...i sure could use the code checking hack. But the DIC on Caddy's reminds me of old-man stuff for some reason. I like mine more.

8?!?! Isn't that low? I read they were su[pposed to run around 20 at idle. What is it at 3000 RPM?

That was in the summer, and that was also when i was running synthetic and it was blowing out all down the side of the block. There was like 3 quarts in the engine at that time. Usually when i start it up in morning it was around 64psi for 5 minutes, now its like 80. Whats up with that. Could just be the sensor though.

At 3k rpm i dunno, maybe 40psi right now. Idle has always been about 10.

Ok. Old rule is always at least 10 psi per 1000 RPM.
