Montana's work zones are really, really well marked.

I'll slow down in IL work zones, but on the rest of I-55, I'll be soaring at 125.

the problem is that IL likes to make 15 mile long work zones to fix 10 feet of road just so they can write more tickets

This is so true, there's construction right on my street. They're building an extension of I-355 that goes right over my street about 100 feet from my house. And I have to put up with this until 2007. :want:

Thanks for the heads up - I'm heading to Chicago in three weeks.

Illinois and Indiana are nuts for road work. Thank heavens I live in Michigan. They never fix the roads here...
