Hello0o0o0o,


Yesterday when I got out of work, I started the engine... as it started, it started shaking... and the car was shaking with it... you know when you shake a drink before you open it :p ... jk...


it happened for about 15 seconds, then it was gone and never happened after that... Everything was normal... outside temperature was 80... when I opened the hood, I found some dust on top of the engine... we had some dusty days last week... will that be the cause?


Any clue?

Mine did something simular four times last month.
It happened on days that were somewhat warmer
than the previous day. It seemed to get a little to much gas on start-up.
I took it to the dealer today and they did the computer upgrade,
hopefully it will take care of the problem.

Oops.. is it because it's warmer than the previous day?... Or because it is warm in general?...

It did it when it was cold and became warmer, not warm and warmer.

Does everyone have the V8 Northstar??? My 2003 De Ville would do that ..I would shut it off,,restart and it would be ok...My 2005 STS has the 6 cylinder and I have never had that problem...'
