Sweet, I was thinking about seeing it tonight. I'll have to check movie times and stuff. From the coming attraction, it seemed to have a very 1984ish look to it. You know, big brother, marshall law,...ect. Reminds me a little of Fharenheit 451 too....in how the government tries to control the people.

Just got back from the theater.......that movie was pretty bad ass! I liked it alot. One of the best movies I've seen in a while.

I had completely forgot that I even knew who Guy Fawkes was, until he was brought up in the movie.

It was simply awesome! Everything was great about it. I'll go into more detail later, I'm too tired to post a long thread about it, but it was definetly worth the price of admission plus popcorn and pop!

V reminds me of Dopestar. In a good way! lol! All that black leather and the tall, somewhat skinny build. The Black hair, The hidden identity, the unexpected brilliance, the unexpected kindness...etc etc

You know who played the lead character right? The guy that played Agent Smith in the Matrix movies.

I kept telling my wife that in the theater based on his tone, accent and the meter of his delivery. Definitely sounded like him right off the bat. That movie makes you want to become an activist for something. I immediately got home and tore all the tags off of our mattresses! Anarchy!

So... worth matinee price or should I catch it at the dollar theater? (Only movies I've EVER paid full price for were Spiderman 1&2, and Anchor Man.)

I'm of the mind that unless it has awesome special effects and sound you don't need to see it in the theater. I am glad, however, that I went to see this. $46 BTW for a family of 4 with snacks.

I'll see it when I get a chance. Won't be anytime soon though I think. Moving takes time.
