It's been fun being a member of this forum but i have to let the CTS-V go because i won the lemon law against GM for the rearend humming and the no fuel problem that has left me out of gas four times even when it saids that i have a 1/2 tank of gas. this time i'm moving over to c6 corvette.it's been fun and good luck to every one...

Good luck with the Vette dude !

Sorry to hear your V had some issues. Thankfully I haven't seen the one with the gas. I've ran the car down to 16 gallons used, but haven't gotten stranded yet :)

Some humming and a faulty gas gauge. :bigroll: I wish. Good luck with the C6.

I'm also going Lemon Law and have also looked at the Vette. Within a couple of weeks I should have a C5 Z06...can't leave the LS6.
Good luck, and I'm happy to hear it worked out.

Best of luck.

I've loaded 17.4 gallons before - guess I push it a little farther then I should :cookoo:

I love it when it gets to 50 miles to empty range and the display goes to a low fuel warning. This happened just last week. I pull into a gas station 5 miles after the low fuel warning and took 17 gallons.:shocked2:

Man, you guys had to be suckin fumes at anything 17+ with the way this engine gulps petrol. I honestly trust, although not completely, the computer's calculation of fuel used more than the gauge itself.
