: The Genie will grant you one wish...

So you find this old lantern in your garage, and out pops a Genie. He says, "You get just one wish, and only one wish...and it must be a car. But it can be any car, new or old. Price is no object."

What'll you choose?

For me, it's the stealth fighter of automobiles...Darth Vader's company car...The Lamborghini Countach...triple black, gull wing doors, V-12...the works!

POOF!

1 car....well...

I'd have to pick a 1971 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda Convertible. The again, I'd probably sell it and buy a Porshce Boxster S, Jeep Wrangler, Hummer H1, Ferrari F430, Bentley Continental GT, Cadillac CTS-V and XLR-V, Shelby GT500 (the new one), Lexus LS430, BMW 550i, Chevy Corvette Z06 and then a normal 1970 Plymouth HEMI 'Cuda Hardtop. AND still have a million left over to get a bigger home!

Then again, if I wanted this car to keep, I'd get a Ferrari F430:D.

He is a genie after all, so why not incorporate some magical traits here.....

1970 Coupe de Ville.

*Black paint with red metallic clearcoat.

*16 inch spider web looking 6 spoke wheels with wide white walls.

*Ride height lowered two inches.

*Mint condition peak running stock 472 V8 which will never wear.

*Dual stainless steel exhaust, side pipes.

*Custom red pinstriping that spells out "DopeStar" as it passes over the door handles on each side.

*10 CD Changer underseat mounted.

*Black dash, red carpeting and those fancy cloth looking also in red seats, stock appearance.

*Red glow back lighting behind grille.

*Smoke machine installed under car

*The entire vehicle from top to bottom must be indestructable. I should be able to drive into a brick wall at top spead and go right through it without a scratch. Parts will never wear out, the car will be 100% maintenence free. All metal will never rust, tarnish or fade, the car will look perfect all the time.

Hey, if you got a magic genie, why not put him to work?

I vote for the ragtop Hemi Cuda...but a 70, instead of a 71...and my list of cars which I would buy with the money from selling it would be different...same idea though. :)

That would be the days.

If it could be custom made for me it would be a huge old dusenberg made of solid platinum. I'd sell it and invest in Real Estate. Then I'd retire and bring over three new housegirls and I would eat alot of food and go to see a doctor now and again.

If it had to be one that exists..
It would be the Bentley Hunaudieres..
I am pretty sure they made one.. funny that one lady should mention them because I happen to LOVE Bentleys.

Well, if I were being practical, I'd ask for a Rolls Royce Phantom or a Maybach, then sell it and use the money for other things.

But since that kind of defeats the purpose of the question, I'd say ask for a test drive first, between a LeMans Blue C6 Corvette or an STS-V. Sure, I'd want a really cool car, but I'd also want something I could drive every day. Can't see myself parking a Ferrari at Target. But it would be fun to take one through the pick-up window at Wendy's.

a Zil (I want the armored variant. 13000 pounds, class 3 armor, supercharged (240 km/h!!!).

Or... a Lamborghini Murcielago or maybe one of Chevrolet's CERV/3 test cars (twn turbo ZR1 motor). An Ariel Atom if I were feeling adventurous.

1976 Coupe deville
1978 Eldorado Biarritz Classic

and give all my cars frame off restos.

hmm, why not make a wish for like 100 more wishes. and then you could get every single car you wanted. and then when you had one wish left. just start all over again. lol.

If the granted wish were simply to have a single car that would scratch an itch, one you couldn't sell, (and some of you were clever with that) then the Vector W8 in black would be what I would chose. There are many better cars these days but I have always ben facinated with these.
