I just heard a rumor that the throttle is also programed on our V's and it can be "re-programmed" to allow more fuel to pass more effectively and to give us more rw speed?
Am I off base here or is this a "known" to all of you?

The throttle on the V is electronically controlled which opens itself up to changing via tuning software its response to throttle pedal movement and position. By changing this response, more or less air can be allowed into the intake manifold. This changes the feel of the car more than anything. Changing the throttle response won't give one a magic horsepower boost; wide open throttle is still wide open throttle.

Alternatively, just add a 5lb lead plate to your right foot :sneaky:
